To solidify Fine Coffee Agency’s (FCA) position as an authority in the specialty coffee space, Fancy Creative Agency conceptualized, designed, and produced Fine Coffee Times—a premium, print-and-digital brand publication. We transformed FCA’s deep industry knowledge into a tangible, lifestyle-driven editorial experience.
The Challenge:
FCA had a wealth of stories to tell—from the misty highlands of Gia Lai to the meticulous science of their roasting lab. The challenge was translating this technical and agricultural information into a format that felt engaging, sophisticated, and worthy of sitting on a cafe table or a coffee lover’s bookshelf. It needed to be more than a product catalog; it had to be a genuine journey that captured the soul of the Vietnamese coffee community.
Our Approach: “The Fine Coffee Journey”
We anchored the entire brand identity and digital experience around the concept of Hành Trình Của Hạt Cà Phê (The Fine Coffee Journey). Rather than just selling a product, the branding invites the audience to follow the bean from the mountaintops of Vietnam, through the master roaster’s hands, straight to their door.
The Logo & Typography
We designed a refined, modern typographic mark for FCA that communicates authority and precision—mirroring the exact science of their FCA Laboratory and roasting processes. The typography pairs a clean, contemporary sans-serif for readability with subtle, elegant accents that give the brand a premium, established feel.




The Color Palette
The color system is heavily inspired by the rich landscapes of the Vietnamese highlands and the roasting process:
Gia Lai Earth (Primary Accent – #F47B3D): A vibrant, warm terracotta-orange that represents the fertile volcanic soil and the heat of the roaster.
Highland Green: Deep, lush tones inspired by the sprawling Arabica and Robusta coffee farms.
Charcoal & Crema: Grounding neutrals that provide a sleek, modern canvas for the brand’s stunning photography.
Web Design & Development
The website (finecoffeeagency.com) was designed as a dynamic, immersive storytelling platform.
Bilingual Seamlessness: Recognizing FCA’s broad appeal, we developed a fluid bilingual interface (Vietnamese/English) that gracefully guides both local and international users through the brand’s story without cluttering the UI.
Immersive Scrolling Experience: The homepage utilizes a vertical storytelling approach. Users scroll through “From Mountaintop,” “…To Roastery,” and “…To Your Door,” paired with high-quality, authentic photography of the farmers, the state-of-the-art facility, and the final brew.
The Ecosystem Showcase: We created a dedicated interactive section to highlight FCA’s unique three-pillar ecosystem (Farm, Roastery, Lab), using custom iconography and hover states to educate the consumer on FCA’s rigorous quality control.
Frictionless Conversion: While the site leans heavily into brand storytelling, we integrated clear, accessible conversion points, including a direct “Purchase on Shopee” integration to streamline the D2C sales funnel.
Editorial & Visual Design
We stepped away from standard corporate brochures and utilized a dynamic, asymmetrical editorial grid. By embracing generous negative space, we allowed the typography and imagery to breathe, giving the publication the refined, unhurried pacing of an art or fashion magazine.

The new Fine Coffee Agency identity successfully bridges the gap between agricultural authenticity and premium lifestyle branding. By visualizing the passion and precision behind every bean, Fancy Creative Agency delivered a scalable, robust brand platform that positions FCA as a true leader in the Vietnamese specialty coffee space.
